As an ITSM Transformation / Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the departments ITSM services and practices, through oversight and governance on the implementation of new ITSM tools, uplifting processes, and delivering exceptional value to the Department. Criteria:Minimum 5 years IT service management and/or service delivery experience, with a focus on process optimisation, transformation, risk management and organisational change management;Strong understanding of IT Service Management and the ITIL Service Lifecycle;Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives, managing technical and project delivery teams.Qualification and/or accreditation in service management, project management, quality management, systems, tools, frameworks, and standards (i.e., ITIL, ISO20000, PMBOK, Prince2, COBIT, etc);IT Project Management experience, including working knowledge in project management systems and tools (e.g. DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project) is highly desirable;Experience with BMC Remedy and/or Helix would be advantageous.How to apply To be considered for this role (JOB ID: CW10005), please forward your resume to Coral by clicking the quick apply button.
