If so, read on…As Asset Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of asset management strategies across multiple asset types, playing a key role in managing and optimising the lifecycle of infrastructure assets across Barwon Water.This is a key leadership role where you will utilise expertise in engineering principles with stakeholder skills to engage effectively and build a culture of asset management continuous improvement. You will adopt best practice methodologies on activities such as asset management maturity uplift and asset lifecycle improvement initiatives, providing timely reporting to senior leaders.Creating impact across the business, you will build maturity of our program, achieve improvements through cross-functional teams, and develop asset risk and investment optimisation frameworks.Position DescriptionAbout YouAn intuitive and strategic thinker, you are capable of operating independently and with a high degree of autonomy. You will enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders, possess a strong working knowledge of governance, compliance, and risks for Strategic Asset Management, and be comfortable adapting to change.An excellent planner, you will succeed given the autonomy to challenge the status quo that will lead to identifying improvements that bring value to our customers.
