ABOUT THE ROLE
As Assistant Retail Store Manager of our Portmans store in Carousel Shopping Centre, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.
To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a genuine service experience for every Portmans customer.
This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

6. Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
7. Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
8. Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximise sales
9. Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
10. Provide exceptional customer service
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
11. Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
12. Confidence providing praise and improvement feedback to your team
13. Ability to provide an exceptional and unique customer experience
14. Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
15. Visual Merchandising experience advantageous
