The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Senior (RN) with the Bureau of Clinical and Quality Management (BCQM) in the Division of Medicaid. We are seeking an individual who is driven to make an impact on our participant's lives. The Nurse, Registered Senior position works closely with our Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) and is responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of quality assurance (QA), quality improvement (QI), and utilization management (UM). Additional responsibilities include working closely with health care providers, consultation, and liaison with the community.
This is a statewide position and will report to their nearest DHW location.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training. Approval to telecommute is not guaranteed and is subject to termination at any time.

Licensed as a Professional or Registered Nurse in Idaho as defined by Idaho Code 54-1408 or state licensure as a Registered Nurse pursuant to the Nurse Licensure Compact, Idaho Code 54-1418.Experience performing nursing assessments and developing and implementing nursing care plans.
