About the role Permanent full time opportunity to provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care for consumers/persons with a variety of conditions and support the general function of unit through role modelling and application of the principles of contemporary evidence based consumer/person focused care, education, leadership and portfolio management. In addition, this role will provide support and direction to the Registered Nurse/Midwife and other non-registered nursing personnel in more complex situations. This role will support the intake process for the RC-CYMHS, using a recovery framework to conduct risk assessments, planning and facilitating access to relevant care which is guided by developmental, systemic, sociocultural and trauma-informed frameworks.
