The role:
* Liaise with freight companies and customers on deliveries and pick-ups.
* Process and complete shipping and delivery of finished goods, including packaging, labeling, and shipping/consignment documentation.
* Assist with producing a production schedule to meet demand and capacity.
* Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and control of stock levels.
* Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Plan and purchase adequate stock of raw materials and goods.
About you:
* Proven experience organizing freight within a logistics environment.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
* Stakeholder engagement with the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve.
* Experience liaising with transport companies and logistics.
* High-risk work license - forklift.
* Hold full Australian work rights.
