About the Role
We’re looking for a Reservations Supervisor to lead and support our dynamic Reservations Team. Reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Team, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, and revenue targets are met through effective management of inventory and team coverage.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the Reservations Team
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cruise Whitsundays products, timetables, agents and promotions
* Monitor and manage bookings, manifests, and availability to meet demand and weather conditions
* Ensure accuracy in all Reservations Policies and Procedures
* Run regular operational reports to monitor team and business activity
* Handle agent account inquiries, invoices, and vessel number reconciliations
* Handle customer complaints and escalations in the absence of the Customer Service & Sales Manager
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents
* Support with PayGlobal operations when needed
* Provide leadership and support to your team, ensuring that daily tasks are prioritised and completed to the highest standard

Requirements
* Certificate IV in Tourism or Business Degree (desirable)
* Drivers Licence (Desirable)
* Minimum 1 years customer service/ sales experience
* Minimum 1-year training and supervising a team
* Booking systems experience
* HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
* HLTAID015 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Apply Oxygen Resuscitation
* Willingness to complete & provide a Queensland Police Check
