The Department of Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team on the North West Coast.

The Role
We are a close-knit group of 21 in our OT team, a mixture of locals and new Tasmanian adventurers. We rotate across all of the clinical services provided at both the North-West Regional and Mersey Community Hospitals including inpatients, rehabilitation, hand therapy, paediatrics, and community. We are continuously growing, developing new services and re-designing old ones. It’s an exciting and rewarding place to work, featuring contemporary, evidence-informed practice that sees you closely linked to the whole multidisciplinary team. We’ll look after you from the very beginning, ensuring you are fully inducted and welcomed into our culture.
Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as we can onboard you.

Salary:
$73,834 to $111,364 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No. 2 of 2022

Minimum Requirements:
* Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
* Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Occupational Board of Australia
* Current Working with Children Registration
