About the Role
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the holistic enablement, planning, prioritization and operational performance across the broader marketing team, including operational management, risk management and compliance, and works closely with the Head of GTM with regards to process.

What will your day look like?
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you are accountable for:
1. Marketing operational management through ANZ MarKit and platform ownership.
2. Supporting management of the Marketing GTM processes, prioritization and systems that enable the function. Streamline and optimise the processes and ensure the marketing systems are in place to deliver the optimised processes.
3. Centre of excellence for the function for support on Ways of working and Process improvements.
4. Ensure well managed and compliance is completed within the function.
5. Supporting any technical system builds within Australia division marketing, managing system changes and conducting impact assessments.
6. Managing the execution and maintenance of BAU processes.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
1. Strong communication, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills. Ability to translate analysis outcomes into commercial solutions.
2. Evidence of strong relationship building skills across multiple stakeholders, including experience working with vendors.
3. Technical minded with background in software application, customer service and/or business support role.
4. Business / Commercial acumen: Track record of being able to deliver both commercial results and better customer experiences. Acts as a trusted advisor.
5. Great conceptual thinker and deep understanding of Customer Experience (CX) principles, frameworks and methodologies.
6. Understands macro trends and how they are influencing customer behaviour and driving opportunities.
7. Gets people excited about an idea, concept, product or service being offered.
8. Marketing operations including marketing system experience.
9. Identifies opportunities for improvements in outcomes, processes and systems to improve results and performance.
10. Marketing planning and Operations experience.
11. Experience in the execution and maintenance of BAU processes.
12. Experience working in a corporate environment, focused on managing financial & performance frameworks in a complex organisation, marketing finance specifically desirable.
