Suitable applicants will ideally have a passion for working with youth to make a significant difference in their lives.In this position the suitable applicants should support Student Services personnel to enhance Student behavior and engagement.
The ability to manage and prioritise tasks to be completed daily whilst working in a pressure environment would be highly regarded.Suitable applicants should monitor, record and action behavior and risk management plans.
This will also involve communicating with Teachers, Students, Parents and the wider community as the need arises.Ideally, the position will involve assisting in the entry of attendance, behavior and case management records when needed using a variety of databases, student records and the school information system.
Suitable applicants will ideally possess strong organisational skills in delivering and prioritising tasks when under pressure.
