You'll forge strong relationships with Retailers, oversee sales operations, set sales goals, and provide training to their sales teams to ensure both Retailer and Regional sales and customer experience targets are met. Additionally, you'll identify new business opportunities to increase retail and fleet sales, ensure adherence to Polestar Retailer guidelines and standards, and provide feedback, analysis, and reporting on performance to the National Sales Team and Senior Management. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers, you'll support Retailer performance, operations, and dealer stock management while driving Polestar's vision for innovative, customer-focused, and sustainable mobility.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Retailer sales and revenue growth within their assigned RegionDeveloping and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans with RetailersForging strong relationships with Retailers, overseeing sales operations, setting sales goals, and training Retailer sales teamsEnsuring Retailer and Regional sales and customer experience targets are met monthly, quarterly and annuallyIdentifying new business opportunities with Retailers to increase retail and fleet salesMaking sure Polestar Retailer guidelines and standards are metProviding feedback, analysis, and reporting of Retailer and Regional performance and market insights to Polestar National Sales Team and Senior ManagementCollaborating with Polestar internal functions, and external agencies and suppliers to support Retailer performance and operationsSupporting Retailers and Region with dealer stock management and allocationRequirementsYou have 5+ years relevant experience in a similar roleYou are keen to learn, be proactive and take initiative.You have a strong attention to detail, a focus on accuracy and a continuous sales mindset.You have high energy and the urge to develop your skills.
