The North East Link State Tolling Corporation (STC) is seeking a proactive and experienced People & Organisational Development Advisor to support the organisation's goals.

Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategic people and organisational development plans to support business objectives;
* Providing expert advice on human resources, talent management, and organisational design;
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address organisational needs and opportunities;
* Designing and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities;
* Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and improve performance.
Requirements for the role include:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Proven experience in people and organisational development, preferably in a transportation or infrastructure environment;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
