The Role:
As a Surgery Registrar, you will work under the guidance of the Head of Unit and be responsible for assessing, planning, providing ongoing treatment, and discharging General Surgery patients. Additionally, you will assist in supervising relevant Interns and/or HMOs on a daily basis and contribute to the education and supervision of Medical Students.

The Facility:
With close to 400 beds and a staff of around 1,700, this is a Tertiary and level 3 Teaching Hospital. It caters to a population of 200,000 across a catchment area that includes urban communities, regional hospitals, and remote Aboriginal communities. The hospital is affiliated with Flinders University, and it boasts an onsite Medical School.
