About the role
As our client continues to expand their offering to clients, they seek a professional, highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Associate or Special Counsel with demonstrated experience across the areas of:
Experience
* corporate and commercial law
* contracts
* shareholder agreements
* JV's, business structuring/business start up
* corporate governance, including regulatory advice and ACL compliance
* privacy and data protection
* mergers and acquisitions
The role comes with its own strong existing client base - so a solid relationship builder is required for this role but you need not bring a practice.
You
You will work closely with experienced Principal Lawyers, and the broader team.
You will be someone who enjoys providing support and guidance to junior lawyers to continue to grow and develop their careers and the overall practice.
You will have demonstrated experience in providing tailored advice to a variety of clients. These range from SMEs to large national organisations with a broad range of interesting work.
You will be someone who is highly commercial and technically skilled. You will also be an organised, passionate and confident autonomous senior lawyer who can articulate their experience in attracting new work and maintaining solid client relationships.
