Warehouse Administration Manager
OZDesign Furniture is one of Australia's leading lifestyle retailers providing high-quality furniture and homewares for over 40 years.
We are an Australian-owned family business operating over 39 stores in Australia.
The successful applicant will be critical in the daily running of the distribution centre and motivating and driving a growing workforce.
The role requires effective communication with customers and our stores to ensure orders are sent out in a timely manner and provide support to stores when required.
About the Role
* Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
* Provide customer service and support to stores.
* Manage and motivate a small team responsible for warehouse and admin operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire warehouse and logistics operation, including staff, machinery, and requirements.
* Ensure the safety of all employees within the DC environment.
* Oversee the processing of all products and maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor.
* Liaise with stores, customers, and customer care teams to fulfill stock and customer orders.
