We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic HR team.
This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to employment.
About the Role: As one of our two Talent Acquisition Consultant working on a part-time basis, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People & Culture team.
We are flexible around the days and hours, however ideally you will do three consecutive days commencing a Monday, or Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Manage and track the recruitment pipeline, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates as required.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Coordinate onboarding activities, such as new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
Conduct onboarding orientation sessions, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and position profiles, providing guidance and support as needed.
Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate database, keeping all stakeholders advised of progress.
Process Coordination: Assist with the coordination of various processes including but not limited to; reward and recognition, employee engagement, health and wellbeing, performance appraisals, training and development programs.
Administrative Support: Managing HR records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, assisting with payroll, and generating HR reports.
