The STAND TALL program helps children build positive relationships and foster a respectful mindset through in-classroom activities and on-court experiences. This program supports Year 3 & 4 students as they develop the skills and mindset needed to adapt to life's challenges, both on and off the court, in a four-week format. About the Role: As the School Programs Business Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of the STAND TALL program. You will be responsible for marketing the program, building Melbourne United’s brand within primary schools, and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and faculty members. Key Responsibilities Sales and Marketing: Promote and market the STAND TALL program to primary schools across Melbourne. Identify new business opportunities and pursue growth areas strategically. Conduct school visits and make phone calls to build relationships and generate sales. Follow up promptly on leads and sales opportunities. Engage with prospective schools and educators via LinkedIn and industry events. Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the STAND TALL program and Melbourne United. Take a proactive approach to meet and exceed monthly KPIs. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and educators to ensure ongoing partnerships. Manage a pipeline of school opportunities and provide regular updates. Knowledge & Skills: Experience engaging with school leadership and a strong understanding of the education community. Knowledge of the Victorian School Curriculum (PE, Victorian RRRR, SEL). Sales or customer service experience is required. High energy and positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent time management abilities. Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse groups. Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills. Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude. Qualifications: Current Working with Children Check (Employee). Current Police Check.
