We are currently looking for a Retail Security Officers, both Casual and Part Time to be based at Australia Fair. You will be responsible for: Providing a high-quality front-line security service. Identifying, monitoring, and resolving risk. Reporting and recording incidents. Providing immediate response to medical and security incidents including emergency management. Establishing professional relationships with emergency services. Delivering conflict resolution and de-escalating situations as necessary. Providing sound operational advice and guidance to other security officers. You will have: Valid security licence with crowd controller function. Driver's licence and own, reliable transport. Physical fitness (expect to walk around 30,000 steps per shift). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Moderate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook). Sound word processing skills with ability to write clear, articulate, and factual incident reports and update and maintain shift logs.
