Rabobank’s Compliance team have an opening for a Senior Manager, Compliance Reporting. This Line 2 role is reports to the Head of Compliance Strategy, Framework & Governance. You will collaborate across the broader Compliance team & the Chief Compliance Officer, to ensure that Rabobank’s senior management, Board & Risk Management Committee have oversight of Rabobank’s compliance risk & control environment for informed decision-making & enhanced governance. Top Role Accountabilities: Create monthly & quarterly global & local reports that drive appropriate insight & management actions for senior management, the Board & Risk Manage & co-ordinate the compliance papers associated with quarterly Board Risk Management Committee, executive Risk Management Committees & sub committees Work with key stakeholders to ensure timely extraction & collation of quantitative & qualitative information into key management information reports Ensure collation & timely completion of global & local internal management information reporting requests Identify trends & insights in relation to the effectiveness of the bank’s compliance framework & compliance risk management Provide input to the design of compliance reports, with a view to continuous improvement Oversee & continuously improve reporting processes & insights & ensure appropriate feedback loops are created Oversee & co-ordinate management commitments to ensure that commitments & actions are delivered within agreed timelines Manage, develop & coach one direct report To be successful you will have: Proven experience in risk & compliance reporting with a flair for presenting information & creatively visualising themes Skilled in crafting comprehensive & clear reports for management on risks, incidents, issues, projects & industry developments Working knowledge of risk & compliance governance, compliance management frameworks, programs & policies An ability to build & maintain relationships across various internal client groups at all levels of the organisation, including Senior Leadership An ability to influence, negotiate & gain stakeholder support leading to commitment to action & outcomes Leadership skills. Prior people management experience highly regarded. Sound time management & planning skills Excellent attention to detail A continuous improvement mindset Solid proficiency in MS Office & a working knowledge of Power BI & PowerApps to extract reports Applicants must hold valid work rights for this role.
