Job Description Lead and manage the Purchasing team, including training, supervision, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and yearly KPIs Oversee purchasing of goods and services, aligning with company stock policy and quality standards Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Develop and execute purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures Manage vendor relationships and ensure supplier compliance with company requirements Provide 6-12 month rolling forecast on key materials to vendors Handle special projects, ad-hoc requirements, and other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry or hardware market Strong systems and process knowledge, preferably SAP Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and ability to work independently Highest standards of ethics, integrity, and attention to detail Additional Information As a market leader, Sika Australia understands and recognizes the contribution employees make to the success of our business.
