This role is vital in ensuring the security of our institution's digital infrastructure and the protection of sensitive data.Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage ICT security strategies and protocols.Monitor systems for security breaches and perform risk assessments.Implement and manage firewalls, encryption programs, and other security measures.Conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements.Provide expert advice on the institution's cyber security policies and procedures.Train staff on security best practices and develop awareness programs.Respond to security incidents and mitigate threats in a timely manner.Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Proven experience as an ICT Security Specialist or similar role.Strong knowledge of ICT security frameworks, risk management, and compliance.Proficiency in network security, encryption, and firewall configurations.Familiarity with security tools and systems like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability assessment tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Culture We offer a dynamic and agile workplace culture, one that embraces challenges and thrives on breaking new ground.
