Location is flexible. Elders Stud Stock Sales Specialists provide clients with Stud Stock technical expertise and advice to achieve sales targets. Working both in-branch and travelling the countryside in the iconic pink shirt, Stud Stock Specialists build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.Responsibilities As a Stud Stock Specialist, you will:Maintain Client Relationship Management systemAchieve Stud Stock sales targets & maintain/exceed market share targetProfessionally facilitate and conduct the sale day auction processIdentify and cultivate new Stud Stock sales opportunities for prospective and existing clients.Support Stud Stock sales process as administered and delivered by Branch livestock staff including compliance with credit and payment terms for all transactions.Provide technical advice to clients that breed Livestock/Stud Stock.Advise all staff regarding stud stock within the Branch Network.Work constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture.Role model and embed the One Elders values.Ensure solutions are cost and resource effective for the business.About you To succeed at Elders, you:Have several years of Livestock sales experience.Are a proven track record and competent livestock auctioneer.Have some experience in Stud Stock sales (preferred).Have experience in handling livestock.Have a proven track record in sales.Possess sound client relationship management skills.Understand breeding livestock and safe livestock handling practices.Have basic computer skills.Possess a NSW Stock & Station Agents licence (Auctioneer Accreditation).About Elders As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
