About the role
This key leadership role has been developed to grow the business through engagement with existing and potential customers, identifying their individual needs and offering cost effective solutions.
Responsibilities
• Maximise business opportunities within on-farm storage and commercial markets
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share in grain handling and storage solutions
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
• Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Provide regular reporting on sales performance and insights
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement
