We are seeking a candidate who knows their way around Customer Data (scan) & other data sources with experience in crafting simple stories & recommendations to help drive growth. You may currently be a National Account Executive, Category Executive, or a new National Account Manager seeking a career that leverages your sales experience into an Operations & General Management path.
The ‘Franchise Operations’ team is responsible for managing the relationship and aligning strategy and execution with our bottling partner, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP). This includes influencing regional and local priorities, making investment recommendations, and ensuring we activate our programs effectively in the market.
This role is a unique opportunity for a high achiever with an eye on future General Management. This function has a significant impact on business strategy and execution and would suit a candidate who thrives in opportunities to understand & shape the agenda with senior stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Working on a broad range of projects across market leading brands that will hone your strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical abilities.
2. Support in the strategic development and execution of key national and regional marketing programs.
3. Lead regular performance & execution reviews based on ex-factory, Customer scan & other data sources.
4. Support the team to integrate materials for presentations as part of key business routines and stakeholder meetings.
5. Plan and execute key stakeholder engagement events including hosting international visitors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with at least 2 years work experience, preferably in a National Account Executive or Category Management role. You will have strong skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and have been exposed to tools like IRI Scan. The best candidates will be self-starters with a good understanding of the strengths they can bring to the team.

Good to Have:
Knowledge of the FMCG industry with previous exposure to customers would be advantageous. Digital/eCommerce exposure.
