About the Opportunity The Food & Beverage Duty Manager (F&B Duty Manager) is responsible and accountable for managing effectively both restaurants, conference and events operations, in-room dining, lounge, and bars. This includes day-to-day function of all the outlets, conference and events and leadership to ensure high level of service to patrons is maintained as well as guide the future direction of the business to generate increased opportunities for the outlet.
