Our On-Road ACES team defines the path forward for this rapidly expanding business, building a range of alternative delivery methods from our traditional "deliver by van, car" to micro-mobility/walker or Hub DP delivery programs.

Career Opportunities: LMDX ACES seeks a Manager for On Road Program Team to work with a team developing new products within the alternative mode of transportation area.
The new Snr Program Manager will lead the development of innovative solutions, improve on road productivity and push customer experience at the highest levels in both dense urban/inner-city areas as well as rural low-density areas.
They will have the responsibility for the end-to-end performance of this last mile fleet, making sure that all the tech and operational requirements are set for success.
Whilst balancing customer experience through new technologies and geospatial improvements.
Team Exposure: As a Sr Manager OTR LMDX, you will own and develop best delivery practices for AMZL operations.
This role will work closely with finance and research scientist teams to identify growth and saving opportunities.
You will also connect with business leaders, program managers, operation and counterparts across ACES org to design operational set-up and build expansion strategies.
Last but not least, you will engage with Product and Tech teams to implement best-in-class solutions to scale the program.

Key job responsibilities • Lead and Develop a diverse team comprising of network loss professionals, routing and geospatial and program managers.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
• Analyze long-term planning data to identify density opportunities for alternative delivery methods.
Model this data to provide a strategic expansion plan that will identify optimal delivery method.
• Write or contribute to business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders • Prioritize projects with biggest impact on our business, propose and obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, and schedule resources • Establish and maintain a close and constant exchange with in country, AU sustainability Team, AU Finance team, Research Science team and Long Term Planning, Supply Chain and operations.
• Build strong relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders around the globe to understand and evaluate business priorities, define shared opportunities and requirements, and establish information sharing mechanisms.
Work alongside stakeholders to define and execute innovative solutions for your customers while influencing with and without authority.
• Technically competent.
AMZL's position in the Amazon value chain, you'll need to become well-versed in multiple systems and processes that govern Trans systems, routing, address data, Customer Service, FCs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelor Degree or equivalent - Excellent problem-solving in complex environment - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate across all level of organization with strong communication both verbal & written.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with little guidance or supervision - Highly analytical, proficiency across; SQL, Excel, data visualization and reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - MBA, MS or MA (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or Equivalent - Experience of working within a logistics, transportation, supply chain or parcels environment - Exceptional organizational skills - Experience across Lean and operational process waste - Certified within PMP or similar project management skills - Experienced in Last Mile logistics routing and geospatial Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
