About the Role:
As a subject matter expert in lactation, you'll lead the allocation of our dedicated Milk nursing team to achieve both short-term and long-term collection goals.
Your expertise will drive successful donor recruitment strategies, ensuring we meet collection targets while maintaining a seamless production of Pasteurized Donor Human Milk (PDHM).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the allocation of our dedicated Milk nursing team to achieve both short-term and long-term collection goals.
* Develop and continuously improve donor documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the latest Health Department and Food Standards Australia New Zealand guidelines.
* Conduct clinical assessments and integrate knowledge into practice.
Requirements:
* Expertise in lactation practices (IBCLC or equivalent)
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA and hold current Annual License Certificate
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to conduct clinical assessments and integrate knowledge into practice
* Exceptional service delivery with compassion and empathy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Flexible with working hours as needed
