Full or Part Time, Permanent Contract Up to 80 hours per fortnight Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
NHW's Thomas Hogan Rehabilitation Centre runs comprehensive rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management specialised services, focusing on optimising peoples independence in daily activities following a change in function as a result of disability or medical condition.
NHW are seeking Registered Nurses to join the Rehabilitation Nursing Team, working within a multidisciplinary team environment to lead and deliver excellent rehabilitation care, enhancing recovery so that patients can return home as soon as possible.
Applicants must have current registration, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to relate to patients, family members and other health care providers.
Current acute or sub-acute experience is desirable.
