ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor, the incumbent adjusts, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical applications on and off-site.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all preventive maintenance on systems and maintain applicable log books.Conduct walk-through inspections; replace light bulbs, ballasts, sockets, switches, GFI receptacles, and dimmers.Apply basic electrical code as it applies to commercial facilities.Record gauge/meter readings, repairs completed, and time lost due to inoperative equipment.Maintain technical logs and records as appropriate.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent and trade school certificate preferred, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Valid driver's license required.
