Field Marketing Coordinator - Falls Creek

You will be responsible for planning and executing all Sales and Marketing activity to meet key performance indicators in line with the marketing strategy and plan.
Main Responsibilities:
* Delivery of daily snow report EDMs
* Copywriting for brand communications
* Upkeep and enhancement of Ski Falls website
* Management of social media program
* Coordination of in-resort signage
* Promotion of seasonal events
* Creation of marketing collateral
* Regular collaboration with media contractors and resort staff
Requirements:
* Qualifications in marketing or a similar field
* 2 to 3 years' relevant Sales and Marketing experience
* Knowledge of digital media technologies – web, digital and social
* HTML and CMS knowledge
* Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Self-motivation with ability to demonstrate initiative and creative thinking
* Exceptional organisational skills
* A passion for the snow industry
* Familiarity with Falls Creek resort or experience working in an alpine environment is a bonus

This role requires you to be available to commence in April 2025 and be willing to work an altered work week (working weekends) with flexible hours and days.
