What you will enjoy doing Provide prompt resolution of customer issues and prevent poor customer experience through adherence to the on boarding process for new customers, maintaining correct data on existing customers and contracts You will maintain a strong customer relationship and manage issues with the customer to provide the best customer experience through problems that may occur Account Management is part of this role.You will manage the overall accountability, service, delivery and financial performance for each contract in the nominated market sector Build relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders at multiple levels.Maintain all customer, opportunity and gas competitor information in contact Reviews customer's strategies in line with changing customer need to determine current and future opportunities for BOC and informs the relevant Market Segment Furthermore, Identify and quantify growth objectives for target customers and create a strategy to capture this business against target milestones set out in the plan You will prospect for new customers while growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio and confidentially negotiates contract details with the help of commercial resources in a reasonable timeframe What makes you great You are tertiary qualified in an engineering, science or other related discipline and have minimum 2 years experience in sales, business development or related roles.
Experience in industrial gases preferred but not necessary.
You hold strong influencing + strategic skills, along with analytical and quantitative skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills, good business and commercial acumen Take accountability for own safety, comply with BOC Safety Standards and Regulations, You must be able to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels, disciplined and consultative attitude towards B2B sales Good understanding of price management (gross margin, mark-up, pricing and profit) is a plus and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Why you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
