Collectively we make the impossible possible.Recognised for delivering projects of global and national significance that help keep Australia safe, it is our shared passion that shapes our culture, and our people that make it a great place to work.About the OPPORTUNITYWe have an exciting opportunity for a Production Scheduler to join our Aircraft Sustainment and Training line of business based at Williamtown, NSW, reporting to the F35 Planning Manager.You will be responsible for scheduling and analysing the aircraft build and maintenance process to ensure timely delivery while facilitating clear reporting and communication among key stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Maintain cost and schedule baselines.Identify and report operational risk, constraints and abnormalities, ensuring these are communicated in a timely manner to stakeholders.Report, schedule and progress abnormalities to the planning manager that may jeopardise delivery dates.Liaise with team leaders as required to determine the most effective and cost-effective method of production.Work with the maintenance coordinator, assess resource requirements for planned aircraft inductions into the F35 Depot, including availability of maintenance staff, support equipment and spare parts.Conduct the post project review meeting to identify patterns, trends, abnormalities and lessons learnt that can be applied to future projects to reduce duration, costs, risks and constraints.About YOUProficient in computerised project scheduling systems (preferred).Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.Effective communicator with the ability to convey information clearly and efficiently.Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.We believe in hiring for potential, we know that some candidates hesitate if they don't tick all the boxes.
