Project Officer, Local Area Coordination ServicesLocation: Tweed Heads, NSWAn exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at Feros Care as a Project Officer within Local Area Coordination (LAC).This is a fantastic role for an experienced executive assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys variety in their day – no two days will be the same!This is not your typical EA/Project role and will see you getting involved with a variety of ad-hoc tasks and small projects, whilst always providing high-level support to the GM – a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new, challenging, and rewarding role.Orientation and role will commence on the 12th of May!What will a typical day look like?Calendar management - prioritize and reschedule meetings and appointments as needed, whilst tackling conflicting and competing priorities.Organise and attend meetings, forums, and workshops providing administrative and secretarial support throughout.Prepare and produce documents, reports, correspondence, presentations, and project administration.Coordinate travel and accommodation itineraries and logistics for the leadership team.Provide all-around administration support to the team – this role will see you become an integral part of the business and an all-around subject matter expert.About you:Two years’ experience in a similar high-volume role with a strong client and administration focus, whilst being highly proficient with MS Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote).Previous experience working in a Personal/Executive Assistant role, supporting a senior-level manager.Experience coordinating and attending strategic meetings.A confident and natural communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.An organisation and coordination superstar with outstanding attention to detail and sense of urgency – you can manage multiple and conflicting priorities with ease.Have a high degree of drive, initiative, and motivation with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.Understanding the importance of confidentiality and maintain discretion.What we can do for you:Salary banding from $80,861 - $86,849 depending on relevant qualifications and years of experience.Not-for-profit salary packaging (up to $15,899 per annum tax-free) and Meal and Entertainment Packaging (up to $2,650 per annum tax-free).Extensive discounts on everyday purchases, financial tips and services, and wellness programs through our employee benefit program ForME.Fitness Passport – the option to use multiple health and fitness facilities at a discounted rate.Extensive training, development, and career opportunities (support for additional relevant qualifications and certificates).Private Health Insurance Discount (Medibank).Employee Referral Program.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Paid parental leave for eligible employees.All technology/equipment provided.We actively seek to include, welcome, and value the unique contributions of all people.
