Role Description
This is a part time role for a Medical Receptionist, located on-site in Adelaide, SA. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for daily tasks including appointment scheduling, managing phone calls, and performing receptionist duties. The role requires familiarity with efficient operation within a medical office environment.
Qualifications
* Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
* Receptionist Duties and knowledge of Medical Terminology
* Experience working in a Medical Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in office management software
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
