About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Officer to join a NSW Government Agency in a Call Centre environment. This role offers a chance to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, providing assistance via phone, email, and online platforms. The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster (7am - 7pm), Monday to Friday, with shifts changing every 4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
o Provide high-quality customer service and resolve enquiries professionally
o Assist customers with road licensing and identification services
o Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide accurate information
o Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards
About You:
o 2-3 years of customer service experience (customer service, reception or retail)
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Previous government experience preferred but not required
o Strong computer skills, including:
+ Typing and navigating with a mouse and monitor
+ Strong email etiquette
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
+ Ability to learn new systems quickly
