We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Workshop Foreman, to work in our busy Mercedes-Benz workshop in Warwick Farm. About the position: Manage daily tasks and productivity for a team of technicians Prioritise repair orders in the workshop to ensure on time completion and assist with technical problem solving Recommend additional work that is needed to the service adviser team so the customer can be notified Ensure work repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment; follow safety practices Maintain cleanliness of the working area and customer vehicles Assist in expediting of parts orders to avoid delays Give special attention to repeat repairs, so the problem is correct this time and future comebacks are avoided About you: Minimum 5 years’ experience and relevant trade qualifications Previous workshop controller or foreman experience preferred A current driver's licence Excellent time management and leadership skills Ability to mentor apprentices MVTC essential Air-Conditioning Licence preferred not essential ASCIS & AUVIS Licence preferred not essential Ability to follow WHS policies and procedures and “Work Safe” Demonstrate care and attention to detail Good communication skills Can work well within large teams and follow processes and instructions Benefits: Attractive salary package to the right applicant Factory uniform and in-house training Quality training & mentoring A great place to work that is “Best in Class” Ongoing career opportunities for “Personal Growth” Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Exclusive discounts with our Samsung Partnership Program Discounted Gym memberships If you think this role is right for you, please apply today by taking the time to complete our online application.
