The Company Our client is a leading re seller of software solutions and undergoing a significant transformation, shifting from a locally operated, lean structure to a dynamic, global matrix organisation with multiple entities. As a result, the HR function is evolving and require extra HR support to navigate this transformation. We are seeking a highly adaptable and organised HR Generalist to bring structure and stability to a fast-paced and evolving environment. This role will be supporting a large global Workday deployment through process mapping, and the development of training materials. The Role The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create order, document HR processes, and support employee engagement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business undergoing a major transformation and to play a key role in shaping its HR function. Your duties in this role will include but are not limited to: · Support the implementation of Workday, ensuring seamless processes and documentation. · Map out HR processes, create standard operating procedures, and develop training materials. · Assist the HRBP in delivering HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and training on new systems. · Collaborate with the HRIS & Payroll Specialist to create, document and streamline processes. · Provide structure and clarity in a rapidly changing environment by developing policies and frameworks. · Work closely with stakeholders to translate HR processes into clear, actionable steps for employees. · Support day-to-day HR administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. About You: · Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment. · Strong ability to document processes, develop training materials, and implement HR procedures. · Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday experience highly desirable). · Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment with multiple projects ongoing. · Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to bringing structure to complex situations. · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
