Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a book of clients and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth import process.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor order management from origin to shipped on-board
* First point of contact for escalation items
* Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented and followed by internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work with CW1 in a paperless environment
* Assist with final leg delivery and invoicing operations
Requirements:
* 5+ years in an Import Seafreight, Customer Service or a Key Account position within freight forwarding
* Previous experience with CW1 software is imperative
* Experience in order management & schedule maintenance
* Demonstrated ability to handle import operations from order to delivery
* Previous experience working with customers, building relationships
