What will you be doing?
Key tasks of this role include but are not limited to:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets, enhance market presence, and build strong relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy, utilising their full range of product lines
• Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring consistent communication to meet stakeholder expectations
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and finalise deals with clients
What do you need?
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in a similar sales or commercial position within the consumer healthcare sector
• Account Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and grow individual accounts effectively
• Relationship Building: Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation and consultation within a multi-disciplinary environment
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is desirable
