Your Mission:
As the Vice President of Sales for the Banking and Financial Services industry sectors with this global consultancy, you will be a driving force behind their growth in Australia in Business Professional Services including business transformation, data analytics, AI and outsourcing (BPO). You'll lead from the front, building relationships with key corporate clients and crafting innovative solutions that deliver results. What You'll Be Doing:Lead from the Front: Develop and execute the banking and financial services growth strategy and action plans to acquire new clients and expand our service offerings.Achieve Growth Targets: Meet or exceed annual revenue, ACV (annual contract value), and TCV (total contract value) targets by developing new opportunities and driving successful closures.Develop Strategic Relationships: Build deep relationships with key corporate clients, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions that add significant value.Generate New Opportunities: Identify and create leads through industry forums, conferences, seminars, cold calling, and networking to maintain a strong business pipeline.Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape innovative solutions and lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.Deliver Client-Centric Solutions: Design strategies that address client challenges.Influence Senior Decision-Makers: Engage with CXOs and senior executives to establish long-term partnerships and become a key strategic consultant.What We're Looking For:Extensive Banking & Financial Services Experience: Strong industry expertise, relationships, and a deep understanding of market trends.Sales Expertise in Business Professional Services: Proven track record in Business Professional Services, BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, and AI sales.Innovative Deal Structuring: Experience in creating tailored solutions leveraging offshore, onshore, and hybrid delivery models.Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute client-level sales strategies and lead industry pursuits.Client-Centric Mindset: Comfortable navigating complex organizations, managing high-level negotiations, and driving results in a dynamic environment.Proactive & Adaptable: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs and foster relationships.Key Personal Competencies:Highly Collaborative & Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong business acumen and ability to lead within specialist teams.Exceptional Communication & Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster long-term client partnerships.Influencing & Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and complex sales management.Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional global teams while handling ambiguity and high-pressure situations.Travel Requirement:Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel.
