Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
An established and values-driven disability services organisation in regional NSW is seeking an Interim CEO to lead the organisation through a period of transition and position it for future growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced executive to provide hands-on leadership, stabilise operations, and engage staff while continuing to deliver quality services to the community.
* 3 to 4-month contract starting early April 2025
* Location: Regional NSW, with bi-monthly in-person Board meetings
* Open to Expressions of Interest on salary – negotiable depending on experience
* Travel and accommodation allowances may be considered if required.
Your Focus:
* Provide operational leadership across a diverse range of disability services (SIL, ILO, Support Coordination, Community Support, Respite)
* Strengthen team engagement and support a committed workforce of approximately 47 staff
* Maintain high-quality service delivery to a client group of approximately 53 individuals
* Drive business development activities and create momentum for organisational growth
* Ensure NDIS compliance and uphold the organisation’s commitment to client-centered care
* Oversee financial reporting, governance requirements, and stakeholder engagement
* Prepare and deliver timely reports to the Board
* Proven CEO, Executive Director, or Senior Leadership experience within the NDIS sector
* Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, compliance, and funding models
* Ability to lead through change, maintain operational focus, and inspire teams
* Sound financial and commercial acumen with Board-level reporting experience
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
