The Opportunity
As the Remote Vision Manager, you will build and maintain virtual relationships with strategically identified accounts to create customer value and drive financial growth for Vision Care.
You will shape the commercial and marketing communications strategy for Vision2U, provide product and clinical support for ACUVUE via digital channels, drive business partnerships with customers, and leverage education to promote our product range.
Responsibilities
Establish virtual customer connections, conduct sales activity, become a subject matter expert in contact lenses, perform performance reviews, resolve customer complaints, and add value to accounts.
Promote digital platforms, lead the sales strategy, develop the marketing communications plan, work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with PD and Marketing teams, and participate in training programs.
About You
We seek someone with tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline, experience in remote sales, marketing, or training, and strategic sales and account management skills.
Candidates should have proven success in customer management, trade knowledge, and high-level interpersonal skills with relationship management and networking capabilities.
