You'll be responsible for
1. Following the AAL Claims Lodgement Process, ensuring adherence to current legislation for sound decision-making throughout claim lifecycle.
2. Adhering to AAL standards to minimise claim error and/or assessment delay.
3. Managing expectations and relationships with claimants, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
4. Fostering positive team and business unit relationships while tailoringmunication styles to match client interactions.
5. Ensuringpliance with the General Insurance Code of Practice, maintaining process integrity, and providing timely customer service within AAL phone standards.
About you
6. Possess tertiary or industry-specific qualifications.
7. Extensive Customer Service Experience, preferably in a Contact Centre environment, with a genuine skill in providing a unique customer experience and being "customer obsessed".
8. Preferable experience in the Property Insurance industry, ideally in lodging or managing claims in aplex organisational setup.
9. Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
10. Proficient in planning, prioritising, organising tasks, and managing resources effectively; skilled in interpretingplex information and making informed decisions.
