This role demands a strategic mindset, deep expertise in HR practices, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-national consulting environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR counsel to shape organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Expertise: Drive the full employee life cycle, from attracting top talent to fostering professional development, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing retention strategies.Business Integration: Translate organisational objectives into HR initiatives that directly impact bottom-line performance, demonstrating strong business acumen.HR Team Leadership: Collaborate with and mentor remote and cross-functional HR teams to implement best practices and achieve excellence in service delivery.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trust across all levels of the business by fostering relationships with a high degree of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and interpersonal excellence.Change Management: Lead organisational change efforts, managing transitions effectively to align with business goals and employee needs.Requirements: Degree qualified with at least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partner roles within multi-national consulting organisations. Proven expertise in delivering strategic HR outcomes in complex, matrixed environments. Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance, particularly in ASEAN countries; additional experience with other regions is an advantage. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with all levels of the organisation. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in HR data analytics tools being a strong plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in at least one additional regional language is highly desirable. Preferred Experience: Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams. Experience driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across complex organisations. Proven track record in leading HR projects with measurable business impact.
