Develops, implements and evaluates care management plans for patients with complex health needs.Provides leadership in the ongoing development of clinical practice.Initiates and utilises findings of research in the provision of clinical services.Contributes to the development and delivery of specialty related education programs.Participates in formal processes for the strategic and operational planning for the clinical service.Ideal Candidate Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.Holds approved postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.Must have minimum 3 year experience in peritoneal dialysis, haemodialysis and home-based dialysis pathway.Education and training experience preferred.Ability to work Monday to Friday.Benefits and Perks!
