The Role
Based at our Mackay store, you will become a valued member of the team and have rostered shifts in the store, along with having the flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
2. Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
3. Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
4. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
5. Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
6. Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
7. Previous experience in a customer service environment
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
9. An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
10. A strong attention to detail
