We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist, living in the Northern Territory for our Darwin office.
About the role
* Complete reviews required to support the quality management framework, including the requirements of relevant Business Plans, and the Personal Injury claims strategy.
* Assist TIO MAC Senior Management to meet key deliverables (response due dates) as well as the timely delivery of prescribed internal requirements.
* Provide support on MACC requirements and responses including the drafting of QA responses, engaging SMEs when required to ensure appropriate communication and process is followed.
* Contribute to feedback for individual Case Managers and the development of training material to support the ongoing learning and development of staff.
* Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and increase awareness of risk management and compliance to ensure business operations are conducted in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal protocol.
* Proactively identify, report, and manage risk issues and incidents within Allianz timeframes, escalating where necessary.
About you
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technical Manager, Eligibility Officer, or Senior Case Manager.
* Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making.
* Experience in a compliance, risk management and/or quality assurance focused role, ideally within a highly regulated related industry.
* Provides high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
* Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
