Temporary up to 6 months (with the possibility of extending)
1 x Full Time (35 hours per week) position located in Rutherford, and
1 x Part Time (21 hours per week) position located in Lambton
Clerk Grade 3/4
Package up to Package up to $101,558 pa or pro rata if Part Time. Package includes salary range ($82,193 pa to $90,001 pa or pro rata if Part Time), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Hybrid work arrangements available with minimum 3 days office based
About the role:
Provide administrative and support services across the Metropolitan North Zones and the Area Command to contribute to the cost effective and efficient administration and governance of the Area Command.
About you:
To be successful in the role you will be experienced in providing high quality administrative support in a small team environment, with:
Demonstrated experience in the use of business and HR/recruitment software applications, and in maintaining records and information systems
Ability to manage large volumes with competing demands and shifting priorities
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
