We have an exciting opportunity for a Driven and Results-Oriented Senior Analyst to join Stockland’s Funds Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial modelling of capital partnership returns, preparing reporting packs, and engaging with our partners and key internal stakeholders.This newly created role is based at our Sydney head office and offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development within a tight-knit team.Key Responsibilities of this role will include:Financial Modelling: Lead the financial modelling of partnership returns, ensuring model integrity and accuracy.Reporting: Prepare quarterly fund reports, presentations to capital partners, and investment recommendations.Client Reporting: Oversee all client reporting to ensure consistency, relevance, accuracy, and timely delivery.Collaboration: Work closely with Capital Partnering Finance, Group Finance, Group Investments, Stockland Investment Management, Stockland Development, and Stockland Legal, Tax and Treasury teams.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with capital partners and internal stakeholders.Risk Management: Enhance operational risk leadership practices and ensure partnerships are managed according to legal frameworks.About YouThis role is suitable for someone proactive with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be a proactive individual with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate funds would be highly beneficial or experience from a transferable environment (Banking, private equity, Infrastructure).
