National Manager - Tenancy Design & Delivery An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and successful national organisation leading an experienced team providing Retail Tenancy Design and Delivery services to a major retail portfolio.You will be responsible for the dedicated management of the Design and Delivery Team across a portfolio of leading retail shopping centres, mostly located across the Eastern Seaboard.You will possess a number of years Team Management experience within the retail sector, specifically within Tenancy Design and Delivery activities.Attributes will include recognised leadership, effective communication, succinct stakeholder capabilities as well as program and budget management qualities.As the team leader and organisational representative, the ideal self-motivated candidate will be well presented, an effective communicator and results-driven professional who exhibits high levels of organisational and collaborative problem solving skills.Accountabilities include: Leadership - effective leadership of the Tenancy Design and Delivery Team to ensure high quality outcomes to reflect our clients' expectations within regard to their shopping centre portfolio.Communication - constructive interaction and productive communication with key stakeholders including operations, leasing, retail centre management representatives, external consultants and contractors.Design - understand and actively contribute to the effective maintenance of the clients' designated design guidelines and specific shopping centre expectations.Program - oversee and monitor the team's Delivery Program's and associated Key Milestones to ensure activities and associated leasing deadlines are achieved in all cases.Systems - interact with and ensure timely and effective input into associated client systems.Meetings and Reporting - Participate in key Stakeholder meetings to discuss service expectations, associated outcomes and provide meaningful delivery data for reporting purposes.Health and Safety Compliance - Ensure Work Health and Safety policies are consistently adhered to at all times and promote a proactive environment of identifying and reporting any risks or hazards identified.Quality - support the team's delivery of high quality outcomes with respect to all aspects of their activities and accountabilities.Continuous Improvement - work with all Stakeholders and team members to consistently identify process and procedural improvements within all aspects of the team's accountabilities.Financial - budget management and associated financial reporting form essential elements of the role, ensuring costs are effectively managed and budgets achieved.We are looking for a passionate Retail Property professional with a demonstrated track record in effective Team Leadership, client interaction and a collaborative approach to their accountabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
